With so many different terms, conditions, and fine prints these days, we would like for our return/refund policy to be straightforward and simple. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can offer either a store credit (Valid for 120 days) or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Our simple four step process ensures your return/exchange process is completed in a timely manner.

Please consider the following few details when returning or exchanging your order:
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new/unused condition.
- Clearance and Sale items are final sale. Returns are not accepted.
- Special orders such as multi-piece wheels, custom finishes or machine shop serviced wheels are exempt from our return/refund policy. No Exemptions.
- Returns/Exchanges after 14-days will not be honored.
- Orders/Shipments that have been refused will incur shipping fees to-and-from Need 4 Speed Motorsports in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
- Mounted wheel and tire packages are considered used and will not quality for a refund or exchange with the exception that we have guaranteed the fitment and they do not fit on your specific vehicle.
- All returned items must be shipped by the customer at their/your own expense. It is highly recommended that you insure the item(s) incase of loss or damage during transit.
- There is a restock fee of 25% of the order total plus any applicable other fees. (shipping, insurance, replacement of missing items) These other fees will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note: It is important that you understand that wheels that have been mounted on to tires, balancing weights applied or in any other way been mounted on, they will not be accepted and allowed to be returned. We recommend to do a test fitment without tires to make sure fitment will be ok. Orders that are shipped without a RMA # will not be processed and will delay any refund owed to you.

2. Receive Authorization
Receive a Return Authorization form with clear instructions on how to complete your return.
3. Pack and Return
Write the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on outside of the package.
4. Receive Refund
Receive your refund and or exchange as early as 24-48 business hours once the product(s) have reached our warehouse.
