With so many different terms, conditions, and fine prints these days, we would like for our return/refund policy to be straightforward and simple. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can offer either a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Our simple four step process ensures your return/exchange process is completed in a timely manner.
Please consider the following few details when returning or exchanging your order:
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new/unused condition.
- Special orders such as multi-piece wheels and custom finishes are exempt from our return/refund policy.
- Mounted wheel and tire packages are considered used and will not quality for a refund or exchange with the exception that we have guaranteed the fitment and they do not fit on your specific vehicle.
1. Request Return

2. Receive Authorization
Receive a Return Authorization form with clear instructions on how to complete your return.
3. Pack and Return
Print and attach the prepaid shipping label(s) along with the Return Authorization number on outside of the package.
4. Receive Refund
Receive your refund and or exchange as early as 24 hours once the product(s) have reached our warehouse.
